Austen Parsons
Founder & Owner, CPA
With over ten years of experience in the accounting industry, Austen combines technical expertise with a personal approach to help entrepreneurs make informed, confident financial decisions. Before founding AP CPA Advisors, he worked as a tax advisor, gaining hands-on experience that now guides his strategic work in tax planning and business growth consulting.
Austen believes that every successful client relationship begins with mutual trust, both personal and professional, and he works to build that foundation with every interaction. Known for his detailed, solution-focused mindset, he feels just as at home breaking down complex financial data or brainstorming new strategies to help clients scale.
Outside of work, Austen enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new restaurants, traveling, and serving on several nonprofit boards in his community.
Chelsea Stebleton
Tax & Administrative Coordinator
Chelsea is AP CPA’s Tax and Administrative Coordinator and a primary point of contact for clients. She helps gather documents, communicates updates, and ensures every client’s experience is clear and organized. Known for her attention to detail, positive attitude, and collaborative approach, Chelsea brings strong support to both clients and the team. Outside of work, she enjoys weightlifting, staying active, and spending time with her husband and their child.
Brain Rogge
Accounting & Client Services Coordinator
Brian supports AP CPA with monthly bookkeeping and assists heavily in tax preparation during filing season. Known for his team-first mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous improvement, he brings consistency and efficiency to every project. Colleagues value his willingness to share best practices and step in wherever he’s needed. Outside of work, Brian enjoys running, playing sports, swimming, and spending time outdoors with his son.
